Analytics, diagnostics, and bug reports
Scrappy Kin does not include analytics, crash reporting, or automatic bug telemetry. If support sees a bug report, it is because you chose to send it.
What the app does not do:
- no analytics SDKs or third-party tracking tools
- no automatic crash reporting
- no background event tracking, session replay, or behavior analytics
- no diagnostics uploaded to our servers
What diagnostics do exist:
- an optional diagnostics feature in Settings
- a small plain-text troubleshooting log stored on the device
- diagnostics are off by default and opt-in
How sharing works:
Export diagnostics (plain text)copies the diagnostics text to your clipboardDownload diagnostics filecreates a plain-text file and opens the native share sheet- nothing is sent in the background
The short version: no analytics, no automatic telemetry, and no automatic crash reporting. If support reads a bug report or diagnostics, it is because you deliberately exported and sent them.
